Curiosity, the main drive for everything I do in life. I want to know how things work, I enjoy finding patterns, connecting dots and challenging my brain with puzzles. Comfort zone is not in my vocabulary, reaching goals is my focus.

When every other kid was dreaming of becoming a doctor, a fireman or a police officer my goal was to become a leader. Then I got my first computer. I instantly wanted to know everything about it, how it works, how it is build, how to install Windows 95 completely by myself – and believe me, it was not an easy task for a six year old kid.
In addition, I enjoy discovering and exploring the world, learning about other cultures and religions and most of all getting to know new people. I adore travelling on a budget with a huge backpack on my back, while meeting the locals.
This unique combination of problem-solving skills paired with the “I never want to stop learning” attitude has proven to be the winning combination when connecting the business and the IT world.

I love challenges. In my career I had an amazing opportunity to experience different roles in multinational environments where I was always able to follow my biggest passions.

What can be more fun than playing with big data sets while learning new querying languages to be able to answer the questions that nobody has asked before?

Maybe only building LEGO bricks with my nephews!

That feeling when you achieve something that even you thought was impossible. Those victories are the ones I am most proud of.

I researched call data patterns for four different Telephony systems in 21 countries and prepared suggestions to implement Automated dialing systems to increase the efficiency of contact centres by 30%.

I suggested and implemented a completely new business view, where 40+ new KPIs were provided to give business users new perspectives and possibilities to increase the efficiency of contact centres.

I was responsible for 330+ contact centre employees in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia and Bulgaria and I met the firm’s financial and operational goals, which resulted in revenues, EBITDA and GM reaching 100%.
